Contents and topics: experience consulting, employment, rehabilitation.

II module: 3 days + 2 days, Estonian trainers
Contents and topics of the training: a support and a self-help group as an organisation, evolvement from a support and self-help group into an ASBL, teamwork and networking, adult learner and life-long learning

4. FINDING AND TRAINING OF SUPPORT GROUPS INSTRUCTORS FOR PERSONS WITH MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS AND PEOPLE CLOSE TO THEM
4.1. 15 county recruitment campaigns /information events in counties for the purpose of finding instructors for support groups

4.2. 5 support group instructor training events for 75 support group instructors

The 4 days training shall be carried out in modules:

  • 2 theoretical training days
  • 1 practical training day in a well-functioning Estonian support group or centre
  • 1 summarising training day

5.1. Preparing of an annual action plan for support groups and its translation into Russian
